Paradise site to see the 10 minute virtual tour video.
- Send an Email to
CondoHotelResort@aol.com
following the instructions at the bottom of this page, confirming you'd
like to buy a unit and the price range you'd like to buy.
Then...

When
we receive your request, we will send you a non-disclosure agreement
that you will sign, agreeing to keep the property's location
confidential. Remember that cities drag their feet enough without
giving them more reasons to slow down their permit and construction
inspection process. So for everyone's benefit and protection,
please be sure to keep it strictly confidential.
- When you sign and return the
non-disclosure agreement to us, then we will send you a purchase
contract for you to complete and return to us with a $5,000 deposit made
payable to the lawyer's escrow account. It is at this time you
will select your unit model and location...
When we send your contract
package, you will:

Decide
what room floor plan you'd like, by clicking on the "Rooms" links on
the
TropicalParadiseCondo.com website and reading about each of the
three different models and a detailed description of the benefits of
each one. The King bed Aruba, The Double beds Bermuda and the
Entertainment suite Cancun. And remember that you can create your
own 1 and 2 bedroom suite by buying multiple connecting units to create
your own "Party Central"!
- Decide what location you'd like.
You don't have to do this right now, but on the Virtual Tour webpage,
you'll see a site plan with active video links on it that looks just
like the one you see in this photo. By Clicking on the different
individual video buttons on the site plan on that webpage and you'll see
what the view will be from the rooms in that area's location.

There are 5 separate buildings that you see numbered in the site plan
photo here. The "A" side of each building overlooks the courtyard,
and the "B" side looks outside the courtyard. But as you'll see in
the virtual tour, they all have great views. It's just a personal
preference of deciding if you want to be in the courtyard with music,
DJ, live bands and a tiki bar, or if you'd rather have your room in a
more quiet and relaxed atmosphere outside the courtyard.
- There are basically 4 different
price categories, but keep reading and I'm going to show you how you can
get one of these units for a fraction of the
list price since you registered with us
